Mark embeds as your Navigator for a defined term—typically six months, occasionally nine. This is long enough to install the IDEA system, lead your first quarterly resets, and shape the internal Navigator hire who carries it forward. It’s a build-and-transition engagement by design. This has a defined exit plan from day one.
